The room size was decent for Japan, but the noise from the nearby train station was disruptive at night.

Perfect location and great vibes
I stayed here for 5 nights and loved how easy it was to get around. The amenities are solid, and having food options nearby was super convenient. The room was a bit snug for two with our suitcases, but it's nothing we couldn't manage. Breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight! Just a heads up that parking ain't cheap.

Let’s talk about what really matters
Spacious rooms in a prime location, just 500 m from Sannomiya station. The breakfast selection is diverse, featuring hot Japanese and Western dishes. The views from the restaurant on the high floors are stunning, especially when enjoying the lovely public bath on the top floor. A perfect retreat!

the sky spa was almost nice, but the women's sauna was a joke. i expected more from this so-called hotel in kobe. also, having such cheap toast for breakfast? how disappointing! with my superior status, a complimentary upgrade would’ve been the least they could do. the nerve of these people!

The location is convenient, close to attractions and transit.
During my stay, I discovered the public bath had a strong chlorine smell, which was quite irritating to my skin. I also faced some issues with the elevators, as it took a bit of time to get used to going up to the 13th floor for reception. Additionally, I found that the time slots for breakfast made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the meal.

Fabulous location near the train station! Outdoor baths with a moonlit view are a real treat! Plus, the variety in breakfast is just delightful. I felt like a queen choosing each day!
However, my room was so snug that I nearly tripped over my suitcase while doing my morning dance. And the bed? It's like a soft cloud that turns into a sauna!

I had a great time with my friends staying at this hotel! The access to local shopping, restaurants, and the train station was super handy. We visited the nearby attractions, and the hot spring area was a perfect way to unwind after our adventures. Definitely check out the breakfast options, they were delicious! Plus, being a CLUB CANDEO member helped us with early check-in.
One thing to note is that the language barrier with staff was a bit tough since their English wasn't very strong.

The hotel offers a lovely corner room featuring twin beds that were incredibly comfortable, complemented by stunning views. The hot spring area was a highlight, providing three different pools that were refreshing. However, the breakfast had to be reserved in advance, which felt slightly inconvenient, and the noise from the nearby train station was occasionally noticeable. Additionally, the TV volume settings limited my family's late-night viewing enjoyment.
